This website, https://chabichi.com, is operated by Souk Chaabi LLC, doing business as Chabichi ("Chabichi", "we", "us", "our"). Chabichi offers handcrafted Moroccan home decor through this online store (the "Services"). By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Access and account
You confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering, and you are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.
2. Our products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Because our products are handcrafted, small variations in color, texture and finish are natural. Colors may also differ depending on your screen. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice.
3. Orders
 Purchases are for personal use or for professional and trade use (for example interior design and hospitality projects). For wholesale or bulk enquiries, contact chaabisouk@gmail.com. (The old template forbade resale and export, which conflicts with your B2B positioning. Remove this sentence if you prefer retail only.)
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout. Taxes, duties and import fees are handled as described in our Shipping Policy. You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, delivery estimates and any charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the goods.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product photography and designs, belongs to Chabichi or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Chabichi is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and Chabichi, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales.
