Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at chaabisouk@gmail.com before sending the item. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind. Chabichi covers reasonable return shipping costs when the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because mirrors are fragile and may be heavy, returned items must be securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at chaabisouk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Non-returnable items
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or specially modified products cannot be returned because of a change of mind. These items remain eligible for a remedy if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not returnable. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a specific product.
European Union 14-day cancellation right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Custom-made or personalized goods are excluded where permitted by law.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.
