We reply within 12 to 24 hours with the final price, the estimated production time and any questions we have.
If you approve the quote, we send you a secure payment link and start production.
We keep you updated and ship your order according to our Shipping Policy.

What to tell us

The product or type you want (mirror, floor lamp, table lamp, lantern, chandelier, pouf or another piece)
The size you need (height, width or diameter in cm)
The material and finish or color you prefer
The quantity
Your delivery country (for lamps, also the voltage and plug type for your country)
Where the piece will be used and any reference photos
Your deadline, if you have one

Depending on the product, common options are size, finish, material and, for lighting, voltage and plug. Tell us your idea and we will confirm what is possible.

Before you order

Every Chabichi piece is handmade in Morocco.
Prices are quoted in US dollars unless you ask for another currency.
Custom-made products cannot be returned because of a change of mind. They remain eligible for a replacement, repair or refund if they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was agreed. See our Return and Refund Policy.
